At Ascent, every class is designed to help you feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to your body. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to challenge yourself, we offer a variety of reformer-based classes to support every level.

All classes are:

  • 50 minutes
  • Reformer-based
  • Limited to 12 clients for a personalized experience
  • Instructor-led and fully guided
  • Waitlist enabled for full classes

Class Types

Ascent Reformer

  • Strength. Stability. Balance.
  • Our signature full-body reformer class.
  • This class blends strength, flexibility, and core stability into one effective, well-rounded workout. Expect controlled movement, intentional pacing, and options to modify or progress based on your level.

Restore

  • Reset. Recover. Realign.
  • Slow down and reconnect.
  • This low-impact class focuses on mobility, flexibility, and recovery. Expect gentle movement, stretching, and breathwork to support your body and help you reset.
Perfect for recovery days or when your body needs something more restorative.

Foundations

  • Start strong. Build confidence.
  • New to Pilates? Start here.
  • This beginner-friendly class focuses on proper form, alignment, and understanding the reformer. You’ll build confidence while learning the fundamentals of movement and breath.
Perfect for first-timers or anyone wanting to refine their technique.

Golden Girls

  • Move well. Feel strong. Stay active.
  • A supportive, low-impact class designed for our 55+ community.
  • This class focuses on functional strength, balance, and mobility in a welcoming, encouraging environment. Movements are slower, controlled, and accessible.
Perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a gentler approach.

Sculpt (Reformer + Strength)

  • Stronger. Leaner. More powerful.
  • Our most dynamic, high-energy class.
  • Expect a more athletic approach with higher intensity, increased repetitions, and added props to challenge strength and endurance.
Perfect for those looking to push themselves and see faster results.

Pilates for Dancers (Coming Soon)

Strength. Control. Injury Prevention.

A specialized reformer-based class designed for dancers looking to improve performance, build strength, and prevent injury.

This class focuses on core stability, alignment, flexibility, and control—key elements that directly translate to better technique, balance, and movement quality. Through targeted exercises, dancers will develop the strength and body awareness needed to support their training and reduce the risk of overuse injuries.

Whether you are currently dancing or have a dance background, this class helps you move more efficiently, feel stronger, and stay resilient.
