Do I need experience to take a class?
Not at all. Our classes are designed for all levels, and we offer a Foundations class specifically for beginners. Our instructors will guide you every step of the way.
What should I bring to class?
What should I expect in my first class?
Expect a welcoming, supportive environment where you’ll be guided through the reformer and each movement. You’ll be challenged—but never overwhelmed.

Each class is limited to 12 clients (one per reformer) to ensure a personalized, high-quality experience.
How do I book a class?
Classes can be reserved through our app or website.
What if a class is full?
You can join the waitlist.
If a spot opens:
Important: If you are added from the waitlist, you are responsible for managing your booking.
What if I get added from the waitlist and can’t attend?
You must remove yourself before the 24-hour cancellation window to avoid late fees.
What is your cancellation policy?
Classes must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
What happens if I don’t show up?
If you miss a class without canceling:

Clients arriving more than 5 minutes after class start time may not be admitted.
This will be treated as a late cancel or no-show, and applicable fees will apply.
Are memberships or packages refundable?
All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Do classes expire?
Yes. All memberships and class packages must be used within their designated timeframes.
